Keeps my hands toasty, the sides are adjustable to fit anyone and the material is impressively durable. I’m using them for all my hiking and hunting.
This sleeve is extremely durable and will hold up very well in brush/briars or for hunting type usage. Will work well with hand warmers inside and has an external pocket that is nice for cell phone/etc.
I got this not knowing if I would really use it or if it would just become another thing sitting around, but I think I'll be using it. It works to help keep your hands warm. It's not too bulky or in the way. You could even wear it around town on a cold day and keep it on when driving.
What's not to love about this hand-warmer / muff? It is well made with good strong materials and well designed for its purpose. It has an adjustable waist strap large enough to fit 48 inches or less (over a coat, so take that extra width into account.)

Is the Lone Trail Hand Muff quiet enough for hunting?
Yes. We heard the feedback from the field and have completely redesigned our hand muff with an ultra-quiet fabric shell. The new material eliminates the crinkling sound found in the original version, making it ideal for hunting and any situation where silence is critical. You can stay warm without giving away your position.
How warm is the hand muff, and can I use hand warmers it?
The hand muff is designed for exceptional warmth, featuring a thick, soft sherpa fleece lining that traps body heat effectively. For extreme cold, there is plenty of room to add one or more disposable or rechargeable hand warmers inside. The front zippered pocket is also a perfect spot to place a rechargeable warmer to radiate heat through the muff.
Do the wrist openings seal properly to keep out the cold?
Absolutely. The latest version of our hand muff features upgraded, high-tension cord locks on the drawstring wrist openings. Once you cinch them down, they hold their position securely, creating a tight seal to keep cold air and wind out, and all that valuable warmth in.
What is your warranty and return policy?
We stand behind our products with a Lifetime Warranty. If your hand muff has any manufacturing defects or quality issues, we'll repair or replace it - no matter how long you've owned it. How durable is the hand muff? What is it made from?
We built the Lone Trail hand muff to withstand the toughest conditions. The exterior shell is made from a rugged, water-resistant 500D nylon material - with a stealth coating - commonly used in tactical gear, ensuring it holds up to brush, briars, and heavy use. The stitching is reinforced for long-lasting durability, season after season.
What size waist does the hand muff fit?
The hand muff comes with a fully adjustable waist strap that is designed to fit a wide range of body sizes, comfortably fitting over bulky winter clothing. Minimum waist size of 27" and Max 52".
Can I attach this to my bino harness or other gear?
Yes. The hand muff is designed for versatility and can be mounted directly to most binocular harnesses, including our own Lone Trail Bino Harness. It also features MOLLE webbing on the top, allowing you to attach it to any compatible pack or plate carrier for a secure, integrated setup.
What can I fit in the front zippered pocket?
The front pocket is spacious and versatile. It's perfectly sized to hold a large smartphone, your keys, a wallet, hunting tags, or other small essentials. Many users also find it's an ideal spot for a rechargeable hand warmer or extra disposable warmers.
Will the hand muff fit my hands with or without gloves?
Yes, the hand muff is designed to accommodate any hand size and works perfectly whether you're wearing gloves or going bare-handed. The adjustable cord lock openings at each wrist can be loosened to easily fit bulky gloves or winter mittens, or cinched down tight for a snug seal around bare hands or thin liner gloves. The spacious interior gives you plenty of room to move comfortably.
