How it works

If something fails because of how it was made — a seam lets go, a buckle cracks, a magnet or zipper stops doing its job — send us a photo of the damage along with your order number. We'll ship you a replacement. If we can't replace it, we'll refund it. No forms, no arguing.

What's covered

Defects in materials and workmanship: stitching, buckles and hardware, magnets, zippers, straps and webbing, fabric that fails under normal use.

What isn't

Normal wear from seasons in the brush, cuts or abrasion from use, damage from misuse or modification, and lost items. If you're not sure whether something is a defect, send the photo anyway — we'd rather look than have you guess.
