We want you to be completely confident in your gear. Every Lone Trail product comes with free returns.

The short version

• Free returns on all products
• 30 days from delivery
• Try it on at home; just send it back in like-new condition (not used in the field)
• We cover the return shipping

How it works

Try it on, adjust it, load it up in the living room. That's all fine. We just ask that it comes back in like-new condition, not used in the field.

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, reach out within 30 days of delivery through our contact page with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label, and once your return arrives we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

What about defects?

Manufacturing defects and quality issues are covered separately by our lifetime warranty. If something fails on your gear, no matter how long you've owned it, we'll repair or replace it. The 30-day window does not apply to warranty claims.
