A bino harness for elk hunting that stays quiet on the close ones
Elk hunting is glassing at first light and then closing the last two hundred yards through timber. The harness has to do both, and the second one is where most of them fail.

What this hunt asks of a harness
The close-in noise problem
You can glass a basin with anything. The part that gets you busted is moving through deadfall and dark timber with a bull at ninety yards. The LT2 wraps its 500D Cordura shell in StealthStalk fabric to dampen the noise a harness makes against brush.
All-day glassing without neck strain
Elk country means hours behind glass. Padded, quick-adjust straps spread the weight across your shoulders and chest, and the fit range covers roughly 80 to 400 lb over a light layer or a heavy jacket.
Your rangefinder in the same motion
Both harnesses ship with a removable magnetic rangefinder pouch. When a bull steps into a lane, the range and the glass come from the same place on your chest.
Bear spray where you can reach it
Most elk country is also grizzly country. The $15 Bear Spray Holster mounts to the MOLLE on the sides or bottom, so the canister rides on your chest instead of in your pack.
How it works in the field
- Glass from the ridgeOpen the lid one-handed with quiet magnets, no zipper buzz to carry down into the basin.
- Range the bullThe removable rangefinder pouch sits on the harness, so you are not digging through a bino pocket.
- Close the distanceStealthStalk fabric on the LT2 is doing its work here, when you are inside a hundred yards in dry timber.
- Pack him outOur Game Bags 5 Piece Set is four 40 by 24 inch quarter bags plus a trim bag, in 40D ripstop that actually cools meat.

Questions we get
Will 10x42s or 12x50s fit?
The bino compartment is 6" wide by 7.1" tall, which covers compact 8x32s through full-size 10x42s and most 12x50s. If yours do not fit, returns are free.
LT1 or LT2 for elk?
If you hunt timber and get close, the LT2 is worth the extra $10 for StealthStalk fabric and upgraded magnets. If you mostly glass open country, the LT1 does the same core job for $65.
Can I carry bear spray on it?
Yes. The $15 Bear Spray Holster mounts with dual MOLLE snap straps to the sides or bottom of either harness, and fits every standard canister from 7.9 to 10.2 oz.
One more thing worth adding
Elk down is the easy part. Our Game Bags 5 Piece Set is sized for the pack-out: four 40 by 24 inch quarter bags, a 17 by 29 trim bag, and a carrying pouch, all in breathable 40D ripstop.
